Managed the entire production process for A Family, Maybe, overseeing marketing, publicity, social media, and design efforts from pre-launch to release.
Publicity
- Crafted targeted review request templates, guiding the team in personalized outreach to key industry reviewers and media contacts.
- Assisted in award submissions, researching eligibility requirements and preparing application materials.
Marketing
- As the PM, I worked with the team to pick blurbers to send blurb requests. I then would send blurb requests and compile them once we got them back.
- I worked with the Marketing and Editorial departments to get the blurbs ready to be posted to CoreSource.
- I picked the best blurbs to be on the jacket cover and collaborated with the Design department to figure out where on the jacket to put them.
- Represented A Family, Maybe in a pre-sales call with PGW, Amazon, and other key sales representatives, presenting metadata, galleys, and marketing strategy.
Social Media
- Designed a structured social media campaign, planning content at six months, three months, one month, and one week before launch, as well as day-of promotions.
- Worked closely with the Social Media team to ensure engaging and timely execution of the campaign across platforms.
- Produced high-impact social media Reels, driving audience engagement and increasing book visibility.
- Created a professional sales conference video, later presented by PGW to promote A Family, Maybe to booksellers and distributors
- I also helped create social media reels for the book, which can be seen on my content editor page.
- I created the sales conference video that PGW would show later on.
Design
- I worked with the Design department and the Publisher during the creation of the galley interior and jacket copy to give approval to print. I also worked with them on the final interior and jacket to make sure it was ready to go to print.
- I designed collateral material to promote A Family, Maybe, which can be seen in the Graphic Design section.
Author
- Served as the primary liaison between the author and the press, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on book goals, branding, and publicity efforts.
- Organized and facilitated a PSU mini author tour, securing speaking engagements and coordinating logistics for author visits.

As the project manager for The Legend of Sensei Tsinelas, I’ve overseen the project’s editorial, marketing, and design phases.

- I collaborated with the Marketing Department to ensure that we found good candidates to be blurbers.
- Collaborated with the incoming manager to assign members specific authors for them to write blurb requests for.
Design
- I worked with the Design department and the Publisher during the creation of the galley interior and jacket copy to give approval to print. I also worked with them on the final interior and jacket to make sure it was ready to go to print.

- I also created a Branding Brief that will be used when creating collateral for The Legend of Sensei Tsinelas.
Editorial
- I collaborated with the Editorial department during the copyedit stages to ensure that everything ran smoothly, especially as the liaison between the Editorial department and the author.
Author
- Worked with the author as the liaison between him and the press and made sure everything he wanted was something the press could execute in a timely manner.
Training
